I've used TREND for many years and I've been very happy. Just now I received a warning and my computer blocked. I rang my daughter and she told me not to do anything yet. I told her there was a phone number 1800 952 179. She googled the number and it came up as a SPAM. I managed to close it by using the X on the upper right of the screen. My question is, why didn't TREND pick it up first? I'm reading what it could have done to my computer if I had followed the steps. Am I not using TREND to the full? Any advice would be helpful. I ran a scan straight after and still it showed nothing. question 3 3 1 comment 7878271 Dark Web Question 2019-04-22T20:08:40Z 2019-04-22T18:51:48Z sharryn sharryn I received the following email in my span box: A Smitty from the Dark Web saying he has access to my account and wants over $600 to delete my info. What should I do? question 1 2 1 comment 7878168 Renewing subscription 2019-04-22T14:28:50Z 2019-04-22T12:53:55Z smygan42 smygan42 I just want to renew my subscription. I have been a client of TM for many years - why make it so difficult? Your renewal reminder email does not work. Get it together! problem 1_cs 1_cs, 2_sales, 4_negative, 3_arenrolleduserawareness 1 2 1 comment 7844799 i have a virus every time opens new tab in chrome for url // 2019-04-22T12:21:14Z 2019-01-22T13:03:29Z mohammed.adel.87 mohammedadel87 I have installed Trend Micro Anitvirus+ and download all latest updates however every 1 hour the chrome trying to open below url

//
problem 3 4 2 comment 7878082 2019 Trend renewal install 2019-04-22T06:06:31Z 2019-04-22T02:58:55Z Greg grevic16 Renewed Trend and now have 2 of the same computer where it askes you to protect another device. Perhaps this mobile has its own mobile security? Perhaps I should uninstall TMMS? I last year bought a new computer and don't run TM on it even though I've paid for it until September 2019, because it was interfering with the Microsoft Security. On the advice of the IT person who set it up. question 1_ts 1_ts 5 2 1 comment 7877477 Tren is not blocking a SPAM news site : 2019-04-19T12:46:00Z 2019-04-19T09:57:31Z David Leahy david_leahy_4j4v0q0wbdwfx This SPAM site not being blocked problem 1_ts 1_ts 1 2 1 comment 7876677 Trendmicro not really excluding programs 2019-04-17T04:39:13Z 2019-04-16T23:59:23Z robloxgamer25394 robloxgamer25394 I just bought an one year license of Trend Micro Maximum Security 2019 and I realized I'm encountering issues with file exclusions. The issue is that it will exclude the folder and files but when I run the file it will instantly delete it. The sole purpose of the purchase of this software was to get enhanced security but not disabling it while using some of my applications. I just need help with excluding the application completely along with its files so when the application does any "malicious" tasks, it won't delete the application completely.

Device model: HP Pavilion 570-p026
OS: Windows 10 Enterprise
Version: 15.0.1212 problem 1 2 1 comment 7876674 Access Problem 2019-04-17T00:19:04Z 2019-04-16T23:47:53Z lvez lvez
I have problem accessing some of the websites like Qantas, as your program prevents it.
How can I temporarily switch it off? Since I do not know what that is, but I suspect it is a Trojan Horse, I always say yes. I have scanned several times since I began getting the pop up messages and am told I have no problems, but why do the pop up keep occuring? question 1 2 1 comment 7875148 Edge Extension additional license required. 2019-04-16T12:27:46Z 2019-04-12T12:14:59Z shbotts62 shbotts62 I have just installed the extension for Microsoft Edge but it's asking to transfer a license. I have Trend Maximum Security that protect three devices. Why can't I install the Edge Extension on the same three devices? Your support tried selling me another Trend Maximum Security license to do so. Your advertising states that the Edge extension is included in Maximum Security but every installation is counted as a new device. question 1_ts 1_ts, 2_usingproduct 7 4 1 comment 7875786 Accidental click 2019-04-14T21:56:16Z 2019-04-14T13:24:03Z chollins chollins_jesy7hrevd6b3 question 1 2 1 comment 7875424 KB4493509 2019-04-14T21:50:45Z 2019-04-13T00:01:26Z pns pns_1xpio9ntj1vkc Windows 10 x64 failed to install "2019-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems (KB4493509)".
