I have run a complete scan and there are no threats on this device. How can I be sure Trend is working properly? Sometimes when I log in I get a message that my windows security is turned off and to click to turn it back on. Facebook keeps me logged out for days at a time. Sometimes Facebook only blocks me from sharing links. I previously used Webroot Secure Anywhere as my antivirus, and it's full scan never affected my PC the way Trend Micro does.<br /><br />I'd like to recommend that the Trend Micro company try to make their program 'lighter'--that they optimize their antivirus to run very smooth and soft.<br /><br />Another thing: ever since I installed Trend Micro, my PC has not been running as it once did. I got a box that said I needed to restart my computer for updates. I actually shut down my computer as I was not going to be on it for a while. When I restarted it, the first thing I get is the box telling me to restart my computer for updates. I did restart thinking maybe it didn't do the update when it restarted after the shutdown.
