I did my April May & June payroll and submitted them. They have remained “pending” ever since, I assumed ato were just slack. Today I went in & they were still pending, I went to settings and saw I had never clicked the button confirming to Reckon that I had registered Reckon with the ato. I assume that is why it’s still pending. I lodged my BAS at the end of July and paid my PAYG through the BAS. I then paid my super through the ATO website into the clearing account. I rang ATO today to sort out the pending issue and they said they received the info Reckon info on June 26. Everything is in order with the ATO, nothing owing My problem is, I can’t delete the pending April- June payrolls in the app. Please help. These totals cover the period prior to recording the first pay run. I successfully transferred the pay run data to the ATO, however the original YTD data did not transfer to the ATO. I updated my&nbsp;android phone to a new android phone, installed reckon STP on it and&nbsp;now I am unable to login. <br />At the initial login/signup page I put in my email address and my password and get a green tick symbol but the next screen simply asks me to login or sign up again. This goes on in an endless loop.<br />I have not changed my email address and have checked for any errors in the address.<br />I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.<br />I have gone to settings&gt; app manager&gt; clear data as suggested elsewhere in this forum, this does not work.&nbsp;<br />I think I have read every post about this login problem and none of the solutions work for me.
