It can be set up with all banks and credit unions. The new HICAPS terminals released in January feature tap n go, touch screen display and internet connectivity. <br /> Call us on 1800 805 780 0 16680083 Jay Sanchez responded to "Tyro HealthPoint or HICAPS?" 2016-03-06T03:59:55Z 2016-03-06T03:59:55Z Jay Sanchez jay_sanchez_7777859 Hi Troy. We cannot process Medicare rebates for fully paid patient claims as there is a software error. The terminal was replaced with another touch screen terminal but the error persists. Despite continually notifying HICAPS of this problem to date it has not been fixed. 0 16685219 Timothy responded to "Tyro HealthPoint or HICAPS?" 2016-03-08T01:42:32Z 2016-03-08T01:42:32Z Timothy tim_7104970 Hi Sonia. Just to confirm, this problem occurs when you submit claims directly on the new HICAPS terminal? Though we integrate with HICAPS, Tyro and ANZ HealthPay, you will need to contact each vendor individually&nbsp;to discuss costs, features and whether they can be used without a PMS. Further, there may be other offerings, such as bank-issued terminals, that allow you to process health fund and Medicare claims without a PMS. As a starting point, perhaps contact your bank to discuss what products they offer in this area.&nbsp; 0
