It turns on if i connect it to usb and shows that the battery is empty. But it switches off within a few seconds.. In total that would be about two-and-a-half weeks before my original issue was even responded to. The excuse I was given was "I see you were having some issues contacting us." That is verbatim. They took no ownership. <br /><br /> Also, the email header showed as being from one agent, but the closing showed another name. That agent replied w/ a number to Rhode Island. I called that number and was directed to an IVR, not a direct line. I was on hold for 5 minutes before the line started ringing as though it was about to connect to an agent. Not bad. Then it goes right back to the IVR message. On hold again. Total hold time is 10 minutes before I reach an agent -- who immediately goes into "We are experiencing longer than usual hold times, but if you give us your phone number we will call you back in the order in which it was received in." He does not even state his name. I give him my number and ask for his name. Yet again, another name not connected to any of these support requests. <br /><br /> I wait a while and call back. I reached an agent almost immediately. He asked me to check my wi-fi to see if the device is detectable. I told him several times that the device does not even get through the last step of the IonAir Copy setup process because it is asking me to plug it in when it is already plugged in. The light was green when I pressed the power button and it went right back to red when I let go of the button. The "blue wi-fi light" never turned on. <br /><br /> He then asked for personal details so he could send out warranty replacement information: contact info, mailing address, when purchased, place of purchase, serial number. I asked what were the clauses of the warranty. He gave as generic a response as possible and said he would email more info. I politely thanked him for his time and awaited the email. <br /><br /> It is the next day and there is nothing in the main box or Spam of my email account. <br /><br /> This is wasting my time, guys. I gave you ample leeway to assist me before I resorted to sounding off. You could have just given me the troubleshooting steps as I originally requested when I asked for your phone number. <br /><br /> What is with all the subsidiaries listed in your email?: <br /><br /> AIR <br /> Akai Professional <br /> Alesis <br /> lto Professional <br /> Denon DJ <br /> Denon Professional <br /> ION Audio <br /> M-Audio <br /> Marantz Professional <br /> Marq Lighting <br /> MixMeister <br /> Numark <br /> Rane <br /> SONiVOX <br /><br /> If I come across any of these companies or products on online stores I will be sure to leave a review w/ my experience. 0 mad
