But we would like to option to disable new patient bookings for those practitioners so that the staff that require them can have them added to their lists.

Currently if we disable guest bookings (to prevent the new patients from being added to the busy practitioners list), then a current client to the clinic who has not yet set up their account cannot make the booking. Is this something we could look to get added on as a future feature? idea complete 6 6 3 comment http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7422555/replies/18308574 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7422555 18308574 David Ayres responded to "New Patient vs Guest Patient booking" 2017-01-16T23:59:04Z 2017-01-16T23:59:04Z David Ayres http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/7423620 https://graph.facebook.com/v2.0/984530318290459/picture?type=normal david_ayres_7117709 Yes it would be useful if we could select the Appointment Types a practitioner is available online for guests appointments on a per practitioner basis, particularly to manage new client flow to quieter therapists. Currently the only way to manage is to disable guest bookings for busy therapists which isn't necessarily ideal. 0 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7422555/replies/18308727 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7422555 18308727 Timothy responded to "New Patient vs Guest Patient booking" 2017-01-17T01:34:01Z 2017-01-17T01:34:01Z Timothy http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/7410868 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/10481383/FullSizeRender2_medium.jpg tim_7104970 Hi guys. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

When practitioners are disabled for guest bookings, existing patients can still book subsequent appointments with these practitioners if they have registered on the gateway. We understand that in a real world not all existing patients will register themselves even after receiving the registration invitation.

We have worked through this with the team this morning and can confirm that the next release will include an option to allow or disallow new patient bookings as a guest for each practitioner.
0 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7422555/replies/18308773 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7422555 18308773 Scott responded to "New Patient vs Guest Patient booking" 2017-01-17T01:57:35Z 2017-01-17T01:57:35Z Scott http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/7901210 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/10697570/giftwrap01_medium.gif scott_brown_7586439 excellent, look forward to seeing it, thanks team 0 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7422555/replies/18418126 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7422555 18418126 Timothy responded to "New Patient vs Guest Patient booking" 2017-02-14T06:33:52Z 2017-02-14T06:33:52Z Timothy http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/7410868 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/10481383/FullSizeRender2_medium.jpg tim_7104970 Hi all.
