He also suggest me to post here for vote. The next question is to regain the original CallerID information to show on her phone so she can redirect it to the proper Sales people that we have (According the CallerID or Area code). We found out that original CallerID was different after we pick up from the park location extension. I also have several Park locations. When the calls came in - the caller ID was retained after the call was put on one of the park lines. You would press Park location and the CID number would be displayed. I use Polycoms VVX 440. About a week ago - this normal behavior changed to NOT displaying CID anymore, but instead shows some generic number which is assigned to each of my park locations. I noticed that each Park line has its own number (area code 218).
