It briefly worked after you corrected something in the beginning of March but no longer works again. Asks if I have closed account. The asks if I have changed my name. Then says try again later. At the end I get an error message telling my I must have changed my credentials. I went through the setup again and during setup Capital One sent me a 4 digit code and all worked fine. When I went to update the transactions I got the error again. This was working briefly after some adjustment you made at the end of February or beginning of March. Also, my customer ID is correct in Quicken. I had to manually delete over a month worth of "new" transactions. There was no way to highlight all of them and delete all at the same time. This is nonsense! Further, why did this change?
