Eventually, I was taken to a screen where Q asked me to enter user names and passwords for Amex and Wells Fargo. Once done, I clicked "accept", but the entry was not accepted. Finally fixed this situation by de-activating and re-activating the accounts that Quicken failed to update in one-step. Lots of time wasted, but finally fixed. Quicken - are you aware of these issues? 1 19529616 Nancy Schrank responded to "One Step Update is not working as previously" 2018-05-17T22:26:55Z 2018-05-17T22:26:55Z Nancy Schrank potato_bun I have Windows Quicken Premier 2018 R8.8 build

One-step update stopped updating my Citi credit card account. This can happen when an update is not thoroughly tested before released to customers. One step update no longer remembers its accounts to be updated and the user must put in new checkmarks each time an update is to be run. Also the update summary does not report all accounts that have been updated eventhough they have produced transactions in the various account registers. Looks like Quicken has some work to do in order to fix this in another update. I can still update my accounts its just not a one step process until fixed. 1 19690814 mm responded to "One Step Update is not working as previously" 2018-08-11T19:42:28Z 2018-08-11T19:42:28Z mm mark_m_6885423 If it helps with troubleshooting, for me it was Synchrony, Target, CitiBank, American Express, Discover, Barclays all failed. I won't mention the credit union, but it too failed. All used to work. Only ones that worked were my investment accounts. In other words 100% of all banks now fail. I used to have this automated weekly. Then needed to intervene, now do everything manual now. 0 19690819 Quicken Harold responded to "One Step Update is not working as previously" 2018-08-11T19:45:22Z 2018-08-11T19:45:22Z Quicken Harold quicken_harold Hello mm, appreciate your question.

Have you tried validating your file: to see if the integrity of the data is good with the Quicken file and then try downloading again?

If so, I would try making a New Quicken File (File > New Quicken File, no mobile) and try adding your accounts to see if the issue exists in a new environment.

Please let us know if this helped you.

Respectfully,
~ Quicken Harold. 0 19690899 Robert S.
