The purpose would be to do progress exams on the patients across the board at a certain visit. Not related to billing but rather for the practitioner idea 5 6 3 comment http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7733789/replies/19516120 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7733789 19516120 Steven responded to "Automated progress exam" 2018-05-11T06:23:05Z 2018-05-11T06:23:05Z Steven http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/7413176 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/10970982/profile_medium.jpg steven_7107276 Hi Greg, Thank you for your post.

Currently, the easiest way to track the number of treatments in a series is by setting up a treatment plan so that an alert appears after a patient has been billed a certain number of times. Upon receiving the alert, your administration staff would then need to make the next appointment with the appropriate appointment type.

You can set up a Treatment Plan per account on the Billing Details tab of the patient file. Once setup, you can view treatment plan information on the appointment book by hovering your mouse over the appointment.

Alternatively, Front Desk does have a Following Appointments feature, which automatically adjusts the next appointment type, however there is currently no ability to specify after X amount of standard consults, book a review consult. This feature is best used in examples such as the one listed below where a standard consultation follows an initial consultation.

We are happy to consider enhancements to the Following Appointments feature so that you can specify changes to occur after X amount of times. 0 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7733789/replies/19522496 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7733789 19522496 In Stride Health Clinic responded to "Automated progress exam" 2018-05-15T00:11:46Z 2018-05-15T00:11:46Z In Stride Health Clinic http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/8224187 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/10819499/logo_medium.png in_stride_health_clinic treatment plans and appointment types as you refer to above don't always work when they have multiple accounts and multiple practitioners. We use treatment plans for tracking Medicare EPC's. Appointment Type defaults vary between modalities - that is how we have them set up.

It would be good to be able to track their overall visits across appointments and/or maybe link it to a particular item code.

Sharon 0 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7733789/replies/19522653 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7733789/replies/19522496 19522653 Timothy responded to "Automated progress exam" 2018-05-15T01:27:18Z 2018-05-15T01:27:18Z Timothy http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/7410868 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/10481383/FullSizeRender2_medium.jpg tim_7104970 Hi Sharon. Treatment plans are set up per account and accrue by the number of items billed or by the total value of items billed. Treatment plans can focus on an individual item code or a group of items when using item schedules or item groups. The advantage of this is that a patient can have more than one treatment plan running at a time, e.g. one for WorkCover and another for a Motor Vehicle Accident claim.

Concerning treatment plans and multiple practitioners, treatment plans will accrue so long as you are billing transactions for different practitioners to the same account.

We believe the treatment plan feature is working as designed. 0 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7733789/replies/19522785 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7733789/replies/19522496 19522785 In Stride Health Clinic responded to "Automated progress exam" 2018-05-15T02:37:41Z 2018-05-15T02:37:41Z In Stride Health Clinic http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/8224187 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/10819499/logo_medium.png in_stride_health_clinic Thanks Timothy, I totally agree treatment plans work well. I love using them. Sharon 1 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7733789/replies/19539676 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7733789/replies/19516120 19539676 Greg Bell responded to "Automated progress exam" 2018-05-23T12:22:25Z 2018-05-23T12:22:25Z Greg Bell http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/9659257 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/11272388/photo_medium.jpg greg_bell_b0qsi1n9pawrg That would be incredible if you could.
