That way they can have the email go to the CSM as well as a group mailbox the CSM is not on for example. question active 4 7 4 comment http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7737144/replies/19530586 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7737144 19530586 Sagan Sherlin responded to "Add Two emails to the Reply-To section of an Outreach" 2018-05-18T12:59:37Z 2018-05-18T12:59:37Z Sagan Sherlin http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/9511694 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/11221250/264DeathbyCat5-m_medium.jpg sagan_sherlin +1 Similar situation with multiple groups that use Outreach. 0 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7737144/replies/19580781 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7737144 19580781 Jessica Belleville responded to "Add Two emails to the Reply-To section of an Outreach" 2018-06-13T18:05:06Z 2018-06-13T18:05:06Z Jessica Belleville http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/9685421 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/11289101/ID_pic_cropped_medium.png jessica_belleville_5aivpkti2jad Hi Michael,

The 'Reply To' function only allows one email address to be selected. Based off the information you gave, it appears that the best solution to this problem will be using the 'Email Copy' function selected below in red. This will allow you to add up to three other email contacts who will receive a copy of every email sent in this outreach. The best suggestion would be to select the Account - CSM email for 'Reply To' and then add the group mailbox email to the 'Email Copy' function.

Do you believe this will be the best solution for this issue?

0 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7737144/replies/19582974 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7737144 19582974 Sagan Sherlin responded to "Add Two emails to the Reply-To section of an Outreach" 2018-06-14T18:03:34Z 2018-06-14T18:03:34Z Sagan Sherlin http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/9511694 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/11221250/264DeathbyCat5-m_medium.jpg sagan_sherlin Hi Jessica - Silly question. A user would then need to use the 'Reply All' option then should they need to reply to the email chain then? I ask because I've not yet tried all the Email Copy to feature as of yet so wasn't sure. I'm thinking that the user would have to use 'Reply All' though. 0 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7737144/replies/19583050 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7737144 19583050 Dan Ahrens responded to "Add Two emails to the Reply-To section of an Outreach" 2018-06-14T18:53:18Z 2018-06-14T18:53:18Z Dan Ahrens http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/8169071 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/10797429/dan-ahrens_medium.jpg dan_ahrens I don't think I've ever received an email that had multiple "reply to" addresses in it. How does that work in the email client if someone hits reply vs reply all? Do all "reply to" addresses get used or just the first one?

It just seems like a weird concept to me since an email can have multiple recipients but only one sender, right? 1
