Make sure you've properly connected your Bluetooth device and Tiki Sounds together. Follow these steps below:<br /><br />1) Power on Tiki Sounds by holding down the power button. You will hear "Power On" for confirmation. If you'd like to disable or enable the voice prompts, press and hold the Light Mode button for 2 seconds.&nbsp;<br />2) Ensure the speaker is in Bluetooth/Master mode. A blue LED will indicate the speaker is in Bluetooth/Master mode. If a yellow LED appears, the speaker is not in Bluetooth/Master mode, and is in Link mode. You will need to hold the Bluetooth/Link button down for 2 seconds to exit Link mode.&nbsp;<br /><br />Note: The speaker(s) power on in the last mode used prior to being powered down. One week later,went to use and the Master does not play sound. Still synced with phone and the 2nd Tiki plays the sound perfectly fine while synced with the Master Tiki . Master Tiki lights up and seems to function fine other wise. I see no way to factory reset the master Tiki. The tiki speaker pairs perfectly with Google home Mini, and the sound stops coming out of the many when they are paired. But the sound never comes out of the Tiki speaker, and eventually it shuts itself down. 0
