Make sure you've properly connected your Bluetooth device and Tiki Sounds together. Follow these steps below:

1) Power on Tiki Sounds by holding down the power button. You will hear "Power On" for confirmation. If you'd like to disable or enable the voice prompts, press and hold the Light Mode button for 2 seconds.
2) Ensure the speaker is in Bluetooth/Master mode. A blue LED will indicate the speaker is in Bluetooth/Master mode. If a yellow LED appears, the speaker is not in Bluetooth/Master mode, and is in Link mode. You will need to hold the Bluetooth/Link button down for 2 seconds to exit Link mode.

Note: The speaker(s) power on in the last mode used prior to being powered down. If powered n in Bluetooth/Master mode, the speaker wil automatically connect to a previously paired Bluetooth device.

3) When connecting to a Bluetooth device for the first time, navigate to your device's Bluetooth setup screen, find Tiki Sounds, and connect. The Bluetooth LED will be solidly lit blue when it's connected and you will hear "Paired" for confirmation. If you experience trouble in connecting, select "Forget this Device" on your Bluetooth device and try to connect again.
4) Start playback from your Bluetooth device.

To disconnect from a paired Bluetooth device, press the Bluetooth/Link button on the master speaker. The Bluetooth LED will blink blue, and you will hear "Ready to Pair" to indicate that the previous pairing was disconnected and the speaker is "ready to pair" to another Bluetooth device.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any additional questions. 0 19583517 Paul Simmons responded to "Tiki Sounds do not output audio" 2018-06-14T22:40:48Z 2018-06-14T22:40:48Z Paul Simmons paul_simmons_1lb71hcs78jxs Using a Samsung Galaxy 6, when first bought and charged, synced with phone and the master Tiki worked great. One week later, went to use and the Master does not play sound. Still synced with phone and the 2nd Tiki plays the sound perfectly fine while synced with the Master Tiki . Master Tiki lights up and seems to function fine other wise. I see no way to factory reset the master Tiki. I have tried re syncing the Tiki with the phone ,the process works but still no sound. 0 19584315 Bill R. responded to "Tiki Sounds do not output audio" 2018-06-15T12:47:48Z 2018-06-15T12:47:48Z Bill R. bill_r_7894130 You may need to 'forget' the Tiki Sounds from your phone's Bluetooth menu. Please see my steps above on how to do this. 0 19584325 Paul Simmons responded to "Tiki Sounds do not output audio" 2018-06-15T12:52:15Z 2018-06-15T12:52:15Z Paul Simmons paul_simmons_1lb71hcs78jxs Already tried that. Also as previously indicated, there are no more voice prompts from the master Tiki.

I do not get the "powering on" or " now synced " prompts that you should hear. 0 19584512 Bill R. responded to "Tiki Sounds do not output audio" 2018-06-15T14:15:32Z 2018-06-15T14:15:32Z Bill R. bill_r_7894130 Alright, it sounds like you may be experiencing a hardware issue. The tiki speaker pairs perfectly with Google home Mini, and the sound stops coming out of the many when they are paired. But the sound never comes out of the Tiki speaker, and eventually it shuts itself down. 0
