I am looking for those scores weekly. I looked in the Scorecard History table, but I am not getting any data back. Is there another place that stores this history where I can grab these weekly snapshots of the history of the healthscore for every account? question complete 3 4 1 comment http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7750252/replies/19583134 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7750252 19583134 Tim Schukar responded to "Weekly Healthscore History across lifetime of account" 2018-06-14T19:39:15Z 2018-06-14T19:39:15Z Tim Schukar http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/9308700 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/11151639/Tim_Schukar_medium.jpg tim_schukar_gk45ckgpduvuk Hey Ky!

Try looking in the Scorecard Fact object. That should hold the data you need. 0 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7750252/replies/19584835 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7750252 19584835 Ky Powell responded to "Weekly Healthscore History across lifetime of account" 2018-06-15T16:38:59Z 2018-06-15T16:38:59Z Ky Powell http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/8875516 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/10983037/photo_medium.jpg ky_loge Thanks Tim!

So, the scorecard fact table does in fact give me the weekly date I am looking for, though I am looking to grab the overall healthscore week over week. This is breaking out every component of the healthscore week by week. Though, it actually seems very inconsistent. There seems to be huge gaps in the data where there is nothing recorded for the week.

0 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7750252/replies/19584890 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7750252 19584890 Rob Begley responded to "Weekly Healthscore History across lifetime of account" 2018-06-15T17:04:38Z 2018-06-15T17:04:38Z Rob Begley http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/7412099 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/10683874/Facepalmorangflipped_medium.png robbegley Scorecard Fact tables actually only hold the Current Scores (and most recent previous score). Each row in a Scorecard Fact table will be one metric, for one customer -- as shown in your screenshot.

Are you still on Scorecard 1.0?

If so, the Scorecard History you are seeing can be found in the Usage Data object. 2
