So you will lose the online/download functionality when your subscription expires. The main difference is it will be sooner than the previous 3 1/2 year max cycle.

(If you find this reply helpful, please be sure to click "Like", so others will know, thanks.) 2 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7750369/replies/19593651 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7750369 19593651 L T Davis responded to "I can't believe there is no way to turn off "current offers"" 2018-06-20T14:25:34Z 2018-06-20T14:25:34Z L T Davis http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/9700969 https://www.gravatar.com/avatar/903792c89caab1bb84e541e11dc089ed?d=identicon&s=55&r=PG l_t_davis Went to chat, wanted to know if there was, in fact, any way to dismiss the endless offers. She won’t say anything without my email address. Keep in mind, the chat was initiated via the “Contact Support” option under the “Help” menu item in my paid and registered software. And yes, I was an [removed]ache. I’ll accept that. I don’t want to hear from a marketing or retention expert. I just want to know if there is a solution to this incessant offer thing, and if they intend to do anything about it if not. Here’s the punch line:

it is not retention effort, but we need your email address in order to provide you with instructions or not.

I gotta start looking at options, and decide whether I really want this kind of customer treatment. Or not.

1
