Often a patient has credit in one account that they can no longer use for personal reasons but they can use this credit in other ways. Smartsoft help desk said the only way to move this credit to another account is to refund from one account and then add the credit back into the new account. However this causes side issues as the banking sheets bring this up as a refund and if you are not paying attending mistakes can be made. Can you look at adding in a transfer button so credit can be moved from one account to another. idea 3 8 5 comment http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7752733/replies/19592740 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7752733 19592740 Rachel Bruce responded to "Transfering money from 1 billing account to another" 2018-06-20T02:32:52Z 2018-06-20T02:32:52Z Rachel Bruce http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/7422712 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/10842578/MoveforBetterHealth_medium.jpg rachel_bruce Yes please!

This would be great.

We set up different accounts for various reasons but when it comes to using up unexpected unused credit it is really difficult. 0 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7752733/replies/19592904 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7752733 19592904 In Stride Health Clinic responded to "Transfering money from 1 billing account to another" 2018-06-20T05:18:25Z 2018-06-20T05:18:25Z In Stride Health Clinic http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/8224187 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/10819499/logo_medium.png in_stride_health_clinic I get around this by processing the account where the credit is, allocating it, then moving the completed transaction back to the other account (right click, edit, change account). Then the record is in the correct account - for future reference or statements for printing. Sharon 0 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7752733/replies/19880055 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7752733 19880055 Waterfront Health Studio responded to "Transfering money from 1 billing account to another" 2018-11-29T07:13:37Z 2018-11-29T07:13:37Z Waterfront Health Studio http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/9868234 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/11352560/WF-logo-210x130_medium.jpg info_fxiq0h84hd6gp Yes please! This feature would be helpful! It can get messy and time consuming having to edit the transactions. 0
