I have tried to contact ION Support 3 time (2/5/18, 3/29/18, and 5/9/18) and have yet to receive a response from a Support Technician...other than auto generated email receipt. <br /> My issue is...I bought these to connect via Bluetooth to my phone while mowing to receive phone call and text notification while mainly listing to the FM radio. The problem is the FM reception on these Tough Sounds is terrible. The closest FM Radio station transmitting tower is less than 10 mile away. The station keeps fading/cutting in and out. I figured with an external antenna the reception would be a lot better. I have a little pocket FM/AM Radio/Mp3 Digital Audio Player that has reception that is 10 times better than these new Tough Sounds.
