(Build 26.1.17.2)&nbsp; This started after applying the latest patch about 1 week ago. This occurs whenever I download transactions from more than one account at a time.&nbsp; If I download any ONE account, the download completes normally and I get the summary popup.&nbsp; If I try downloading more than one account then the process hangs apparently after finishing the last account download.&nbsp; No summary screen and Task manager reports Quicken Not Responding.&nbsp; I don't lose any transactions and the downloaded transactions are present after ending the task and restarting quicken.<br /><br />I have re-installed quicken. The Progress screen hangs at Quicken Cloud and indicates "Processing data." Task manager indicates CPU and memory activity but the program is "not responding." I have to end task to close Quicken. This occurs on both a desktop and laptop with the same build 26.1.17.2.<br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /><br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" />A separate thread suggested that it could take up to 3 hours to complete because of upgrades to the mobile sync function. However, I have attempted to run OSU several times for much longer including overnight. I spoke with quicken tech support via chat. The problem does appear to be with version 17.2 (or 17.1,.... the 17.2 appears to be a typo in the version number. The tech said the latest quicken 2017 version is 17.1). The tech suggested I uninstall quicken then reinstall after disconnecting from the Web. Use the quicken 2017 CD or download file you originally used to install. Installing without a web connection will prevent quicken from automatically updating itself. This should leave you with version 16.? (In my case it was 16.1) I then applied the 16.2 mondo patch which brought me to 16.2, the last version prior to the last update to 17.1. <br /><br /><br />After this, I started quicken, read in my QDF file and tried OSU again. Success, everything worked normally again. No hang.<br /><br /><br />The 16.2 mondo patch was supplied to me from the tech via a link. Unfortunately, it was a one time link. Maybe some else has a link to where this patch can be found.<br /><br /><br />BTW, I do not use mobile sync.
