IE Can we set up a physio to only see their notes and/or the notes of other physios in the clinic, but not those of a psychologist working on the same database? If not - could this feature potentially be implemented please to better protect confidentiality of patients? Thank you.&nbsp; question complete 2 3 1 comment http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7781904/replies/19712893 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7781904 19712893 Timothy responded to "Reduced Clinical Note Access" 2018-08-23T00:50:19Z 2018-08-23T00:50:19Z Timothy http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/7410868 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/10481383/FullSizeRender2_medium.jpg tim_7104970 Hi Mel. There are various levels of security restrictions concerning clinical notes. There are Access settings in <b alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="">System &gt; Security</b> that control what level of access the user has to the clinical notes tab on patient files. For example, this can be used to prevent certain staff from accessing the clinical notes tab entirely.<br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" />&nbsp;<br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /><img alt="" name="" rel="" src="https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/s3_images/1747642/RackMultipart20180823-80607-18lf96z-1_inline.jpg?1534985319" target="" title="Image httpsd2r1vs3d9006apcloudfrontnets3_images1747642RackMultipart20180823-80607-18lf96z-1_inlinejpg1534985319" type="" value="" /><br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /><br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" />With specific reference to your question, the <b alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="">Clinical Notes &gt; Security</b> tab on the <b alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="">practitioner file</b> can be used to set who the practitioner’s clinical notes will be available to. In your example, we suggest opening the psychologist’s practitioner file and choosing the appropriate settings. As per per the screenshot below, this can be: All users, no users, specific practitioners, specific practice groups or specific users. <br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /><br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /><img alt="" name="" rel="" src="https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/s3_images/1747643/RackMultipart20180823-87221-14bda7t-2_inline.png?1534985327" target="" title="Image httpsd2r1vs3d9006apcloudfrontnets3_images1747643RackMultipart20180823-87221-14bda7t-2_inlinepng1534985327" type="" value="" /><br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /><br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" />This should cover your requirements well. <br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /> 0 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7781904/replies/19715011 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7781904 19715011 Mel Chidgey responded to "Reduced Clinical Note Access" 2018-08-23T22:44:54Z 2018-08-23T22:44:54Z Mel Chidgey http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/7436688 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/10490694/photo_medium.jpg mel_chidgey Thank you! 0
