If so, what kind of Bluetooth device are you using with your product? <br /><br /> Try these steps below to reset your Bluetooth connection; <br /><br /> In your device's Bluetooth settings, select your speaker and choose <b>Forget Device</b>. On the front of the speaker, press the <b>Disconnect</b> button. After turning the unit off and on again you should be able to pair your device.
