I have tried different USB inputs and that does not help.

I have changed the Record and Playback settings according to your advice.
Could could the problem be the USB cable that came with the unit?

I think this is a very handy unit but of course if I cannot record into my computer it is useless. Anybody have any advice for me? I would appreciate it! problem active 3 3 1 comment http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7786732/replies/19736269 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7786732 19736269 Bill R. responded to "No Input signal to my PC using Tape 2 Go." 2018-09-04T18:18:42Z 2018-09-04T18:18:42Z Bill R. http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/8209310 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/10993990/download_medium.jpg bill_r_7894130 Hi John,

Thanks for posting. Sorry you're having issues with your Tape 2 Go.

Can you confirm that your Tape 2 Go is connected directly to your computer's USB port and that you aren't going through a USB hub? If you have tried multiple USB ports with your converter and still aren't receiving an input signal, this could indicate that you have a bad USB cable. I would recommend trying to use your Tape 2 Go with another USB cable to see if this makes a difference at all.

Let me know how this goes. 0 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7786732/replies/19740094 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7786732 19740094 John Hoy responded to "No Input signal to my PC using Tape 2 Go." 2018-09-06T09:34:07Z 2018-09-06T09:34:07Z John Hoy http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/9776658 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/11319116/photo_medium.jpg john_hoy_hgiw5p84qrnne Thank you for your reply. I have purchased a new USB cable but I still get no input signal. I have connected it to every USB port I have and it still does not work. Any other suggestions? I feel I must be missing something but I can't figure it out.
