I just read somewhere that the two are not really not compatible. Is this true? I do have a Plantronics 5220 and it is not UC. Should I go and buy a 5200 UC and that will fix my crackling problem? Am I just wasting my time and I should hook up my desk phone and call it a day? question 1 2 1 comment http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7793223/replies/19762113 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7793223 19762113 Saadet - Community Support responded to "Softphone and Levono" 2018-09-17T22:00:58Z 2018-09-17T22:00:58Z Saadet - Community Support http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/8940459 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/11077132/Picture_medium.png saadet_swift Hey STANLEY,

I haven't heard anything about whether or not these are compatible with the softphone.
