However, to fix it, why not go to Transaction List, Enter Transactions, scroll down to Cash transferred into account and complete. Hopefully, it will fix it. 0 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7793230/replies/19759243 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7793230 19759243 MarkR responded to "Home & Business 2018" 2018-09-16T07:36:29Z 2018-09-16T07:36:29Z MarkR http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/7555702 https://www.gravatar.com/avatar/bbc46a3362c47ff315d7e3161ad40dc4?d=identicon&s=55&r=PG marek_reicher Thanks for the reply Jiney. The problem is that I have a current value in the report for a share I no longer have. It is not in my portfolio view and this is correct. Taking money in or out of the account changes the balance of the account but not the value of the share holding in the report. What I need to trace is where the value in the report came from. 0 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7793230/replies/19759260 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7793230 19759260 Diver Dave responded to "Home & Business 2018" 2018-09-16T08:10:18Z 2018-09-16T08:10:18Z Diver Dave http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/6972691 https://graph.facebook.com/v2.0/10207930615043211/picture?type=normal david_stewart_6667433 Mark, I suspect there's an error in one of the entries relating to that stock.

Go back to the day before it was sold and check that the Portfolio View correctly reflects the holding at that time. If that looks correct, delete the Sales Transaction, run Validate etc. then re-enter - check the Lots Sold to make sure it's correct.

If there's still an issue, I'd suggest running an Investment Transaction Report for that stock from the date of initial purchase. Only include BUYS, SELLS and Capital Returns.

Finally, if you have a Linked Cash account, make sure the Investment Account balance always returns to zero after each transaction.

Hope one of those helps you identify the issue. If not come back with a bit more detail. 0 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7793230/replies/19760154 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7793230 19760154 Robyn Kelly responded to "Home & Business 2018" 2018-09-17T01:39:21Z 2018-09-17T01:39:21Z Robyn Kelly http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/7068625 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/10378224/RobynKellyPhoto_medium.jpg robyn_kelly_6763237 Mark were you participating in DRP? If so could be the cash balance of DRP? Click on "Customise" to customise the "Portfolio & Cash Basis" report and click on the "Securities" tab. Now make sure there is a tick on the "No Security (includes Cash)" box.

Hope that works?
Regards, Robyn Kelly 0
