Going to the old Cabels's VISA page will provide instructions. This took me about 4 days because I kept getting error messages that said "try again later". Finally last night I was able to link both cards and the Cabela's VISA show up at the same time when I sign into my Capital One Mastercard account. Then, as stated above, chose Capital One as the bank for your Cabela's VISA and sign in using the same password for your other Capital One card and Quicken will give you the option of adding your Cabela's card.

1 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7802431/replies/19816109 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7802431 19816109 Michael Gerhart responded to "Cabelas's Switch to Capital One" 2018-10-21T14:00:25Z 2018-10-21T14:00:25Z Michael Gerhart http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/9826237 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/11336946/photo_medium.jpg michael_gerhart_8tgvgczvq2gxn Paying online I followed all directions online to switch accounts to pay online. Got an email all was ok on switch. Paid bill using new capital one account to find a week later my Wells Fargo bank would not release funds. Got email from cap one on this problem. Redid account update with bank numeric codes. Again said all is good for payment. We will see. Spent hours on an issue that should not have happened. Hope it does not affect credit rating. Impossible to get direct help in this matter. Loved the old Cabela visa. Help with cabala was one call away and answered quickly. All I get now is emails and capital one offers when go to my "new" account. I hope capital one can make the online payment and one call for help as with the old cablas visa. So far not a good move for switch by Cabelas Cap One. Now find cannot determine if payment confirmed. As I feared Capital One is using online payment to confuse one with paperless choice and promoting their products. Old Cabelas account I was able to easily pay online with no extra advertising or paperless baiting to confuse one to sign up if not for a small prompt to cancel paperless account. Way to go to change vendors which provide poor online confusing sign up. 1
