When attempting to preview a PDF file attached to a transaction the following error message occurs:
I'm using the latest version of Acrobat Reader DC. I can read the same file in File Explorer without any error message. Error messages only started tonight, I was able to preview successfully 1 week ago when I last used Reckon. question 2 2 1 comment http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7803281/replies/19800056 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7803281 19800056 Rav responded to "Claim Acrobat error when previewing PDF file attached to transaction" 2018-10-11T22:10:03Z 2018-10-11T22:10:03Z Rav http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/7785796 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/10886433/Rav-Singh1600x1600px_medium.jpg ravsingh Hi Phil,
I'm not sure if this is quite the same but perhaps this KB article might be useful -

Unable to preview PDF attachment from PDF reader.
0 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7803281/replies/19800653 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7803281 19800653 Phil Nelthorpe responded to "Claim Acrobat error when previewing PDF file attached to transaction" 2018-10-12T10:17:39Z 2018-10-12T10:17:39Z Phil Nelthorpe http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/9816068 https://www.gravatar.com/avatar/595d25e6ba5cf9e0370c4a5c5fb5a0bc?d=identicon&s=55&r=PG phil_nelthorpe Hi Rav,

No, not the same error. .pdf was already linked to Acrobat Reader DC. It would be helpful if someone knows what the error code means.I can't see how there can be a problem with Acrobat Reader as the error message says, as Reader is able to open the file that I've attached when the file is in a folder in File Explorer. 0
