As per David's post, the report you are referring to shows nothing more than the total and average number of new clients per practitioner. <br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /><br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" />The Patient Visit Report – Summary in Front Desk shows much more information, as shown below:<br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /><br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /><img alt="" name="" rel="" src="https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/s3_images/1759545/RackMultipart20181030-78440-1jh77go-1_inline.jpg?1540874719" target="" title="Image httpsd2r1vs3d9006apcloudfrontnets3_images1759545RackMultipart20181030-78440-1jh77go-1_inlinejpg1540874719" type="" value="" /><br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /><br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" />The Patient Visit Report – Detailed shows further information regarding each individual patient. <br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /><br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /><img alt="" name="" rel="" src="https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/s3_images/1759546/RackMultipart20181030-70020-1h34gq5-2_inline.jpg?1540874733" target="" title="Image httpsd2r1vs3d9006apcloudfrontnets3_images1759546RackMultipart20181030-70020-1h34gq5-2_inlinejpg1540874733" type="" value="" /><br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /><br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" />If you are simply looking for new patient numbers per practitioner, you could also set up an Appointment Breakdown widget on the <a alt="" href="https://smartsoft.com.au/insightsdashboard/" name="" rel="nofollow" target="" title="Link httpssmartsoftcomauinsightsdashboard" type="" value="">Insights Dashboard</a> that focuses on your new patient appointment type.<br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /><img alt="" name="" rel="" src="https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/s3_images/1759547/RackMultipart20181030-94435-1jo3j59-3_inline.png?1540874743" target="" title="Image httpsd2r1vs3d9006apcloudfrontnets3_images1759547RackMultipart20181030-94435-1jo3j59-3_inlinepng1540874743" type="" value="" /><br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /> 1 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7811573/replies/19832235 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7811573 19832235 Tony Taddeo responded to "New Patient retention" 2018-10-30T05:46:43Z 2018-10-30T05:46:43Z Tony Taddeo http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/6850589 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/10317710/image_medium.jpg tony_6545450 <p alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="">Further to Tim's post, feedback provided to us indicates it’s not common for this report to be calculated correctly in other systems.&nbsp; Most PMS simply divide the total number of new patients by subsequent consultations in a period of time, with some of the subsequent consultations not being for a new patient in that period, or even worse for other practitioners the patient may have seen at the practice over that period. They come in for the initial and book 10 more appointments. The current report only show appointments that have been attended to date and does not reflect that they might have a number of appointments booked for the future. This is what we are trying to analyse.&nbsp;<br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" />Can there be another column added with total subsequent appointments <b alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value=""><u alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="">booked</u></b> after initial?<br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" />This shows us that a physio has a patient who books 10 appointments after the initial, retention rate on this patient is 10 and so on with an average at the bottom. 0
