In one file, the Online Bills functionality is not working at all and in the other file it works just fine. So, it must be a problem with the "not working" file. I have had this issue for a long time. I tried an update for Q18, but that didn't correct the error.&nbsp;<br /><br />My question: Is there a way to erase all on the online biller info in the file? I have removed all of the online bill information, but when I try to add a bill, the system says that the biller already exists.&nbsp;<br /><br />I would be willing to upgrade the the Q19 version if it would correct this error. I still have the issue of an update error that will cannot be corrected.
