I don't have any filtering rule regarding these emails neither on my email client nor my email provider's filtering rule page.
What can cause this?

One more question: Can digest emails be configured on a community forum account? if yes, where are the settings located?

PC: HP Pavilion Desktop PC 570-p0xx
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, version 1803 build 17134
I'm currently not running any TrendMicro product on my PC
Email provider: Outlook.com (Premium)

Posting this without a category as this isn't a problem with any of TrendMicro's products
problem 3_replied 3_replied, 1_case_ts, not_tm_related rejected 6 4 1 comment http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7825713/replies/19889471 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7825713 19889471 TM_Pat responded to "TrendMicro Community/GetSatisfaction and Outlook.com - Junk mail problem" 2018-12-05T04:20:20Z 2018-12-05T04:20:20Z TM_Pat http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/8988518 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/11035374/%7B9DF116F3-55AF-41AC-BCC2-D1ECE6D2CECB%7D_medium.png mapatricia_castro Hello pcwindowsweb,

Very interesting question. Though I couldn't provide you with a straight answer why the emails that your supposed to receive goes to your junk folder even without settings rules for it. Perhaps, there really is a filtering rule about that that you may not know about. You may also want to check the Blocked Senders list of your Outlook.

Though a simple workaround can work for this, just mark the sender as 'Not Junk' will do. In addition to this, you may add the address to the Safe Senders list as well.

I know that this isn't much but I hope it will help.

Regards,
Pat 0 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7825713/replies/19889680 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7825713 19889680 Tom Emmelot responded to "TrendMicro Community/GetSatisfaction and Outlook.com - Junk mail problem" 2018-12-05T09:14:23Z 2018-12-05T09:14:23Z Tom Emmelot http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/3296549 https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/public/uploaded_images/8626769/TOM_medium.jpg tom_emmelot Hi pcwindowsweb

In most of the mails are link's to sites, i think that is the reason.

Kind regards,
Tom

0 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7825713/replies/19889827 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7825713 19889827 pcwindowsweb responded to "TrendMicro Community/GetSatisfaction and Outlook.com - Junk mail problem" 2018-12-05T12:20:16Z 2018-12-05T12:20:16Z pcwindowsweb http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/9630902 https://www.gravatar.com/avatar/f70accef3be50e76d49a4cd05e5ac94a?d=identicon&s=55&r=PG pcwindowsweb First of all, thanks for the answers.

@TM_Pat, I've checked my filter settings once again and I don't see the GetSatisfaction domain in there.
