Individual text conversations need the ability to be able to break out into their own window, exactly like the 'Settings' window that pops out when you hit the 'View Settings' icon at the bottom of the Desktop app. Having to back out of every text conversation and then re-enter a different one makes texting 10 people at once impossible. If each text conversation had their own break-out window it would save a TON of time. The current drilldown sliding menu structure is far too time-consuming and slow when having text conversations with multiple people at the same time.<br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /><br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" />2. Individual text conversations need the ability to be able to marked read and unread on the desktop app. <br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /><br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" />3. Individual text conversations need the ability to be able to be put in an archived status and then be able to be unarchived at any point. This will allow the main text conversations window to remain clean, only showing newer conversations and archiving the rest, and not cluttered with hundreds of old conversations.<br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /><br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" />4. Show the SMS number next to each individual text conversations contact name. An extra drilldown sliding menu just to get the SMS number isn't necessary.<br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /><br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" />5. Show the phone icon in place of the 'i' icon for each individual text conversation. An extra drilldown sliding menu just to be able to call the contact listed on each individual text conversation isn't necessary.<br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /><br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" />6. Text conversations shouldn't be reverse-scroll. This makes scrolling slower on a desktop computer. Reverse-scroll is mostly reserved for smartphones and I'm not sure why it is being used here.<br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /><br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" />7. Unread texts should have a highlight or a bold mark instead of a lighter color.
