No, it's not easy and it still fails.&nbsp;&nbsp; Well, It was worth a try.&nbsp; When I log in to quicken.com it shows auto-renew on.&nbsp; When I go to quicken application I click on help - check membership status - it claims everythihg is expired.&nbsp; So I click on the "renew" button the pops up and enter the credit card information into the purchase window (same credit card that is recorded in auto-renew).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; I click submit.&nbsp;&nbsp; You may have had incorrectly entered your CC information initially.&nbsp; If you just updated your CC info now, and everything is correct, then it might take a day or two for the purchase to go through.&nbsp;
