Close that new user window. Navigate to and rename the QDF file to a single word, no spaces, then click on file, open and navigate to the file. Then back it up. 1 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7827144/replies/19895207 http://m.getsatisfaction.com/topics/7827144 19895207 Alian responded to "Reckon Personal changing data location" 2018-12-08T20:26:36Z 2018-12-08T20:26:36Z Alian http://m.getsatisfaction.com/people/9877973 https://www.gravatar.com/avatar/01dcb1e5456eb3d45e311bb5d35c1c00?d=identicon&s=55&r=PG alian_ckueixd8d4ifx :-)&nbsp; &nbsp;Thank you, that worked.&nbsp; Could debate why Reckon cannot get a simple set-up configuration in the program menu - but as it is Christmas, I wont waste anyone's time.<br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" />Appreciate your response, and take care............... 1
